Integrative Medicine in South India

26 Jan - 8 Feb 2025
  • Medical & Professional Tours

About the tour

Travel from the tranquil backwaters of Kerala, to the lush hills of the Western Ghats, to gracious Mysore. One of the oldest medical systems in the world, Ayurveda traditionally ran parallel with Western medicine within India, but this has recently changed.

Learn how Ayurveda and Western medicine are becoming much more integrated with visits to a range of practices and some leading practitioners, including the famous Souka Holistic Health Care Centre in Bangalore.

Experience contemporary integrative medicine in the culture that gave birth to Ayurveda on a tour that is itself a restful experience, with ample opportunities for boat rides, massage and relaxation.
