We had a fantastic time and it all went very well. We were very happy with everything you organised for us.
Dr and Mrs Davidson, Private tour to Peru and Ecuador, June 2018
We had a lovely time everywhere, but Peru was the best. All the guides and the hotels were very good too. So, a big thank you to you and Karen!
Meena and Manny Vasant, Private tour to Peru, Brazil and Argentina 18 April - 6 May 2018
The trip was so well organised and we had no issues at all. Special meals were well catered for us and your planning of the whole trip made it very exciting and memorable.
Dr and Mrs Gokani, Private tour to Peru, Brazil and Argentina 18 April - 6 May 2018
Your tour was excellent in all ways, the choice of hotels, tour guides and prompt airport pick up and transportation. Also the restaurants and food was excellent. I have to say we have never eaten so much whilst travelling. To tell you frankly we love to explore places on our own and have hardly taken tours. This tour was like a reunion with friends, recalled old memories of our college time and spent an enjoyable holiday together. Thank you very much for the detailed caring.
Dr and Mrs Nagree, Private tour to Peru, Brazil and Argentina 18 April - 6 May 2018
Guides at Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Edinburgh and universities in Edinburgh and Glasgow and museum in Edinburgh were outstanding.
Dale Magee, Medical Humanities tour of Scotland, 18-26 June 2017
The buses and drivers were excellent. National Museum of Scotland: Superb and the local guide Sophie Goggins is to be commended. Edinburgh guide Sheila was also excellent. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
Melanie Magee, Medical Humanities tour of Scotland, 18-26 June 2017
Group meals very well organised … all food and service good. Visits to places of medical historical interest very well-organised. All our local guides knew a lot and communicated well … Good choices.
James Stuart, Medical Humanities tour of Scotland, 18-26 June 2017
Local curators were super! I found each of the sites valuable – Royal Colleges of Surgeons and R. C. Physicians gets point across about physician/surgeon dichotomy: anatomy museums interesting – Surgeon’s Hall especially good presentation; important to understand original use of collections and current teaching use (if any).
Jan Marie Goplerud, Medical Humanities tour of Scotland, 18-26 June 2017
All meals were good. Excellent wine! [Visits] ‘Excellent – all the libraries were very interesting and it was lovely to meet such well-informed and enthusiastic library specialists. Enjoyed learning more about restoration work at the Lisbon Archives (Torre de Tombe). Excellent tour, great group, lots of interesting information to absorb. It had made me aware of the history of Portugal which I had not previously known much about.
Susan Merner, Libraries, Information and History in Lisbon, November 2018
Food in restaurants was very good. Quantity of alcohol was generous. Librarians were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Different libraries were presented in different ways – we saw different aspects, which was good.
Paul Hobby, Libraries, Information and History in Lisbon, November 2018
Really enjoyed going into the ‘inner sanctums’ of these libraries – and all the Directors who received us were extraordinary in their welcome and knowledge and passion.
Shannon Savvas, Libraries, Information and History in Lisbon, November 2018

One of the best tours I have been on. A great mix of historic and modern day Iran.
John Ashwell, Iran - Historical and Contemporary 2017
Loved the whole experience. Blew away a whole lot of misconceptions about Iran. Full of admiration for the country and the people.
