This study tour reveals the many faces of this beautiful and diverse land, offering fascinating insight into South Africa’s culture, history and wildlife.

Travel from Johannesburg, where you’ll visit Soweto and the former home of Nelson Mandela, into the safari landscapes of Mpumalanga for game drives in Kruger National Park.

Journey along the world-famous Panorama Route, through the stunning kingdom of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), and into culturally distinct KwaZulu-Natal, renowned for its wildlife. The tour concludes in the cosmopolitan harbour city of Cape Town, where you’ll sample the flavours of the Stellenbosch wine region and explore sites from Table Mountain to Chapman’s Peak.

Along the way, a programme of professional visits and talks provides valuable insight into dental practice in both urban and rural settings. Specialist experiences include a visit to a provincial dental clinic in KwaZulu-Natal and a lecture on veterinary dentistry in Kruger National Park. Throughout the tour, experienced leader Ashok Sethi will deliver a series of engaging and varied CPD lectures.
